How to join

Enter your details once and sign the membership application here with your finger, pen or mouse. For active players we also complete the official WDFV application. After submission both PDFs are intended to be emailed to antraege@whk1998.de.

The board decides on admission. Submitting this form does not automatically create membership or eligibility to play.

No additional app or printer is needed for the membership application. Sign the WDFV application later at the ground. The club adds its signature and stamp.

An additional one-off joining fee of €35 applies. The club checks eligibility for the sibling rate. Pay by bank transfer after a payment request; no SEPA mandate is given here.

With joint custody, both legal guardians should sign. Declaring sole authority does not replace any power of attorney actually required.

Die Hinweise richten sich nach Alter, Staatsangehörigkeit und bisheriger Spielberechtigung. Bringt die benötigten Unterlagen persönlich am Platz mit.

Im Original

WDFV-Passantrag auf Papier mit handschriftlicher Original-Unterschrift. Bei Minderjährigen unterschreibt zusätzlich eine sorgeberechtigte Person; bei Erstausstellung unterschreibt das Kind ab 7 Jahren mit. Vereinsunterschrift und Stempel ergänzen wir.

Bitte beachten

Bitte das Geburtsdatum eintragen, damit die altersabhängigen Hinweise erscheinen.
Bitte die Staatsangehörigkeit eintragen. Bei unklarer oder fehlender Angabe besprechen wir die Nachweise persönlich.
Fehlen Unterlagen, etwa nach einer Flucht oder bei ungeklärter Staatsangehörigkeit, meldet euch bitte vertraulich beim Verein. Mögliche Ersatznachweise klären wir mit der WDFV-Passstelle. Keine Ausweise oder Urkunden über dieses Formular hochladen oder unaufgefordert per E-Mail senden.

Die Anmeldung allein erteilt keine Spielberechtigung. Die endgültige Prüfung übernimmt die WDFV-Passstelle.

By signing the membership application you instruct the club to apply for playing eligibility. The separate WDFV application must be signed by the member, legal guardians for minors, and the club. Children aged 7 or older also sign first registrations. Please hand the originals to the club.

Optional consents

All fields below are optional and initially unchecked. Refusing has no disadvantages for membership or sporting participation. Details and withdrawal options are on page 3 of the membership application.

Add my mobile number to the official team WhatsApp group. Group members can see the number and possibly profile information; processing outside the EEA is possible.

Obtain the constitution and current club regulations from the club before signing. PDFs are created on your device. Data and signatures are sent to the club only when you choose “Submit application” in the next step.
