Learning and playing at Mallack
Enjoyment, individual development and supportive coaching are at the heart of our training.
Our coaching approach
We help players develop at their own pace. Age-appropriate games provide many touches of the ball, decisions and opportunities to learn. Respect, confidence and teamwork matter alongside football skills.
Inspired by the Fußballphilosophie Deutschland
Our coaches have received training in the principles of the Fußballphilosophie Deutschland. We put enjoyment, intensity and repetition into practice through small-sided games, active playing time and frequent involvement. Players learn to recognise situations and find their own solutions.
- Bambini: movement, coordination and discovering the ball together.
- F and E teams: dribbling, passing and shooting through small-sided games.
- D teams: developing technique, creativity and understanding of the game.
- C and B teams: decisions under pressure, tactics and taking responsibility.
